Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 26, 2026
YUANBAO LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an independent game development company headquartered in the United States. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information in connection with our websites and mobile games (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you contact us by email, we receive whatever information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. If our games are distributed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, those platforms may process technical data (such as device identifiers and crash logs) under their own privacy policies. We do not operate our own analytics, advertising, or tracking servers.
Information we do NOT collect. We do not require an account to visit this website, and this website does not use cookies, analytics scripts, advertising identifiers, or any third-party trackers.
2. How We Use Information
- To respond to your inquiries, feedback, and support requests;
- To provide beta access or launch news if you ask for it;
- To maintain the security and integrity of our communications;
- To comply with applicable legal obligations.
3. Third-Party Services
Our games may rely on services provided by platform operators, including:
- Apple App Store — distribution, App Store privacy labels, Apple push notifications, Game Center, iCloud storage, and In-App Purchases via StoreKit are governed by Apple’s privacy policy;
- Google Play — distribution, Google Play Games services, cloud saves, and In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing) are governed by Google’s privacy policy.
We do not sell your information to anyone.
4. Children’s Privacy
Our games are directed at a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Economic Area). If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
5. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have sent us. To make a request, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
6. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information is collected and to request its deletion. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA. Requests can be made by emailing [email protected].
7. European Privacy Rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have rights under the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, restriction, and objection. Because we only process information you send us by email, exercising these rights is straightforward — just email [email protected].
8. International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the U.S., your message will be processed in the U.S. We rely on the privacy shield principles of data minimization — we only keep what the conversation requires.
9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you send us. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Data Retention
We retain email correspondence only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable archival period afterwards. You may ask us to delete a thread at any time.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
